When will I get my order? 

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on  your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

Shirts, Hoodies, Stickers, Canvas, Mugs:

USA: 5-​8 business days Shirts, Hoodies, Stickers, Canvas

International: 10-20 business days  

Bedding sets and other: 

USA: 10 - 15 business days

International: 3-6 weeks

There are significant delivery delays due to Covid19, especially on larger items such as, bedding, car seats and blankets. Please take our current situation into account. We are trying our best to get the parcels as fast as possible to you.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

  An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control  and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so  please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your  purchases.  

What does label created mean?

If you see this on your shipping information it means the package is ready to be sent out and waiting the first possible flight or train depending on the location it has to be delivered to. The tracking can not be updated properly as well in which case you'll be able to see it once it crosses US or UK customs.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:  ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.  ● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

                ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

.     Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your  neighbor’s, get in touch with us at everythingexotic.info@gmail.com  with your order number.  

How do I track my order?
